Meditation is an ancient practice used to achieve inner peace, self-awareness and connection with one's inner wisdom.
The main type of meditation we practice is meditation on our light column in different variations. This type of meditation helps us to strengthen the energy centers located above our body, but also to develop the energy centers above the head and below the body. Through this meditation, we develop a closer contact with our higher self and with the spiritual world. Activating the interpersonal energy centers strengthens our energy information field allowing our subtle bodies to receive and retain more light, helping us to evolve spiritually and have more power to help ourselves and others. The interpersonal energy centers are located outside the physical body and hold the powerful keys to our spiritual development.
Meditations are provided as a service.
Energy exercise sessions are also organized at our school, for relaxation and sleep improvement, for balancing male and female energy, for cleansing from negative energies, etc.
