The unified field theory and its connection to spirituality

“We begin to see the entire universe as a holographically interconnected network of energy and information, organically whole and self-referential at all scales of its existence. We, and all things in the universe, are non-locally connected to each other and to all other things in ways that are not limited by the hitherto known limitations of space and time.” Erwin Laszlo

The above quote, by Erwin Laszlo, one of the leading scientists and thinkers of our time, refers to the theory of the unified field or the holographic nature of the universe, according to which, in the universe in which we live and which surrounds us, all things that appear autonomous and separate to the naked eye, from humans, animals to planets and galaxies, are in reality fully interconnected, interacting with each other.

This theory, originating from the field of quantum mechanics, which studies the world at the level of microparticles, radically changes our perception of ourselves and the perception of the natural world that surrounds us, opening up new, unprecedented perspectives for the expansion of human consciousness in the new quantum era that is emerging.

More and more people these days are trying with various methods, teachings and practices to achieve this long-desired state. "quantum consciousness" in the context of a worldwide expanding trend that tends to take the form of a "movement of awakening of human consciousness". We see, therefore, here, that a scientific theory about the nature of the universe is inextricably linked to the path to spirituality and that the discoveries of Einstein and other leading modern scientists are increasingly in line with the teachings of Buddha and all the great spiritual teachers.

The unified field
There are many brilliant minds who have christened the universe with fancy names over time: “The Self-Aware Universe” (Amit Goswami), “the Magic Universe” (Nigel Calder), “the Looking Glass Universe” (John Briggs and David Peat), “the Conscious Universe” (Dean Radin). The scientific community, as never before in recent years, has been flirting with the idea of parallel universes.

The basic assumption behind all these names is the idea that at a deeper level, all things in the universe are infinitely interconnected. This assumption, which once seemed to border on mysticism and philosophy, has begun to find scientific support for about half a century through experiments and research by distinguished scientists working in the field of Quantum Mechanics.

In 1982, a research team at the University of Paris, led by physicist Alain Aspect, discovered that under the right conditions, subatomic particles such as electrons could communicate instantaneously with other subatomic particles, regardless of the distance separating them, whether it was a distance of centimeters or a distance of billions of kilometers, as if each independent particle knew exactly what the others were doing.

This phenomenon could only be explained in two ways: either Einstein's theory, which ruled out the possibility of communication at speeds greater than light, was wrong, or there were some connections between subatomic particles that had more than just a local relationship between them.
The English physicist David Bohm, of the University of London, then argued, with vivid examples, that a fundamental consequence of the above discovery is that the universe, despite its apparent solidity, is in reality a ghost, a gigantic phantasmagoric hologram, which leads us to the conclusion that what we define as "objective reality" does not, in essence, exist.

But what is a hologram? A hologram is a three-dimensional photograph of an object, made with the help of a Laser, and which presents the following characteristic: if we cut it in half and then illuminate it again with Laser light, each half will still contain the entire image of the object. And the same will happen no matter how many times we slice it: each part of the hologram will contain all the information of the original hologram.
According to Bohm, subatomic particles maintain contact with each other regardless of the distance that separates them, because in reality, their separation is an illusion, because, at a deeper level of reality, these particles are not autonomous entities, but integral parts of the same structural "organism".

According to the above, there is, therefore, a level of reality of which we are not aware, since it is not visible to the eye of the majority of people and a dimension, beyond the one in which we live. The subatomic particles, which constitute the whole, from the human brain to the stars, galaxies and the entire universe, appear to us separated from each other, because we see only a part of their reality. But, ultimately, these are not the separate parts of the whole, but the fragmentary aspects of a deeper and fundamental unity, holographic and indivisible. According to Bohm, the empty space in the universe includes “everything all”. It is the source of the “externalized order”, -that is, the order of the physical / material world- and is the realm of pure information. All physical / observable phenomena start from this field, unfold and return to it again. This supposedly empty space is full of energy and information. It is a hidden world of the “inner order”, which is also known as the “Zero Point Field” or “Akasha”.

This was demonstrated, among other things, by the following experiment: a live shrimp was placed in a small, transparent, fireproof container of water. Sensors were placed on the leaves and branches of an ornamental palm tree in the laboratory to monitor its functioning. They then placed the fireproof container containing the live shrimp over the flame of a lamp and began to roast it alive. When the shrimp ceased to live, the machines that recorded the palm tree's functioning recorded a straight line, thus showing that the palm tree sensed it when another organism ceased to live.

– From the above it follows that, in a holographic universe, time and space are no longer fundamental principles, but must be interpreted as simple projections of a system that is even more complex.
– From the holographic property of the universe also arises its non-local property: every particle, wherever it is, contains within itself the image of the whole. Consequently, all manifestations of life come from a single source of causality, which contains every atom in the universe.
– Finally, the universe could include every subatomic particle and every form of life that exists, that has existed and that will exist, and even every possible form of life, matter and energy, the minerals, the flowers, the animals, the raindrops that have fallen, even the stars and galaxies… It is an immense cosmic repository of every form that has existed and exists.

Akash and spirituality
Here Western science meets Eastern religions and philosophies which also maintain that the material world is an illusion. While we think we are physical entities moving in a physical world, in reality we are receivers and transmitters swimming in a vast quantum ocean of frequencies and what we receive we magically transform into material reality, in one of the billions of worlds that exist in the hyper-hologram.

A growing body of scientists is convinced that this is the most well-documented model of reality that Western science has yet reached. But if the mind participates in a continuum, a labyrinth that connects to every other mind that has ever existed or exists, and to every individual, organism, or zone in the vastness of space or time, then that mind can travel through that labyrinth and experience out-of-body experiences (travels) through space and time.

Thus, the theory of the unified field tells us of a vibrating field that connects all things. In esotericism, we encounter this field under various names: “Akasha”, “Logos”, “music of the spheres”, the “Source”….
This vibrational field is at the origin of all true spiritual experiences and scientific research. It is the same energy field that Saints, Buddhas, yogis, mystics, priests, shamans and seers have observed through their meditative practices and have realized that within the void there is a web of information or energy that connects all things. Also, many thinkers and scientists of history, such as Pythagoras, Kepler, Leonardo Da Vinci, Tesla, and Einstein, more modern philosophers such as Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra, and now, many ordinary people who follow the spiritual path, have come to the threshold of this secret knowledge.

It is the common link between all religions, all sciences, and what connects our inner and outer worlds. For his part, the Tibetan teacher Sogyal Rinpoche observed that the model of the universe, as conceived by Bohm, presents striking similarities to the Buddhist teachings on the bardo state (a transitional state of the soul, between death and reincarnation) since both spring from the idea of wholeness and from the principle arising from it, that in the universe energy is not lost, it simply changes form,

Akash is the Sanskrit word for “Aether” in both its physical and metaphysical sense. It is the unmanifest, which fills the void of the universe, the essence behind creation, the source of the energy of Material Manifestation. The theory of its existence originated in Eastern Esotericism and over the years has passed into Western Esotericism.

The Scientific theories of the Modern world do not recognize the real existence of Akash. In general, anything that cannot be perceived, in the 3rd material dimension, automatically makes it difficult to prove its existence. The same happens with Consciousness or parameters related to it, thoughts, emotions, perception and everything that opposes our established perception of our physical material world. For this reason, this knowledge can only be acquired experientially and demonstratively.

In any case, the fact that Quantum Physics has proven that Space is not Empty tends to confirm the existence of Akash. In the same way, Quantum Physics has documented that human thoughts, intentions, and emotions have a direct impact on our Physical Material world.

By transferring this information from the field of scientific knowledge to our everyday lives, we find that perhaps the time has come to change our established perceptions regarding the nature of reality. From Newtonian physics, where beings and things are separate, without control over the forces that govern them, we must move to a new “quantum perception” of reality and the world that surrounds us, according to which we all come from one source and are the creators of our reality. But could this incredible knowledge of inner worlds, which until recently was considered secret and was transmitted only by spiritual masters to their students, through initiations, contribute to the construction of a more just, more peaceful and more beautiful world? And under what conditions?

In subsequent articles, we will gradually explore how the patterns of human illness are formed in the invisible worlds, before they reach the physical human body, and how energy healing, tuning into high-vibration frequencies of higher intelligence, combined with meditative practices contribute to the construction of a solid, energetic-informational human field. This state is what will allow him, subsequently, to be able to maintain more light and high vibration in his energy system on a permanent basis, and therefore, to expand his consciousness, to be in contact with his higher self, to activate his innate abilities for self-healing, and ultimately, at the highest level, to activate the abilities to realize the reality he desires (taking into account that in the unified universe the concept of scarcity does not exist and consequently, prosperity and abundance are states that everyone can enjoy).
